Our Story
Family owned-and-operated, The Harvest Company provides producers and processors with professional I-502 staff, for short and long-term assignments. Since 2017, we began offering our unbeatable services to all licensed producers and processors in the State of Washington. We adhere to a strict level of compliance with the Labor & Industries (L&I) and the Washington State Liquor & Cannabis Board (WSLCB) agencies of Washington State. In addition, we are responsible for all of our employees' records, payroll, insurance, and taxes when they are working on your farm. All that is required, is a signed service agreement between The Harvest Company and your business.
